Terms and Conditions

After the scope of work has been agreed ABI Computer Services (Scotland) Ltd will provide a detailed fixed price quote for your order. There will be NO charge variations unless you specifically request any major changes or enhancements to the original agreed scope of work.

A deposit of 20% of the design costs will be payable to ABI Computer Services (Scotland) Ltd prior to design work commencing.

A deposit of 100% of the hosting costs (if applicable) will be payable to ABI Computer Services (Scotland) Ltd prior to design work commencing.

After the web site is published the remaining costs must be paid within 30 days of receipt of final invoice.

A link to ABI Computer Services (Scotland) Ltd will be inserted on all pages.

ABI Computer Services (Scotland) Limited will NOT be responsible for the accuracy of any information published on a clients website.
